The Forgotten Man: A New History of the Great Depression is a book by Amity Shlaes and published by HarperCollins in 2007. The men saw the various projects that the Soviets were building and received tours of the "Bolshevik paradise". Once they arrived there they met Stalin, who wanted to negotiated terms with them, asking for aid to help the dire state that the soviet economy was in.
